We have been approved resource consent to redevelop three of our social housing sites in Masterton. We have applied for resource consent to redevelop a further four of our social housing sites in Masterton – the first of many improvements to our housing stock in coming years.
The seven sites will provide 89 new homes that will be warm, dry and efficient, and better suited to the needs of our community. Check out the images below, which show how the homes would look, and more detail on what we propose for each site.
