Are you an experienced Asset Manager with excellent relationship building skills?
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Asset manager in the Wairarapa for someone really interested in working in collaboration with a dedicated team. This position is responsible for maintaining and preserving the physical integrity of the Trust House Residential and Commercial property assets.
This is an exciting opportunity, it will be rewarding and is a newly created role within Trust House. You will be responsible for Asset maintenance and facilities operations within Trust House. Ensuring assets are maintained on a schedule and to the required standards, and by working closely with the Contractors ensure assets are maintained, upgraded or replaced prior to their end of life. The position requires a technical understanding of building services, systems and facilities management issues relating to buildings, property, and involves the management of multiple facilities and property related services.
You will be a forward thinking people-oriented leader within the Trust House Housing Team and be that person that is able to put in place and maintain strong partnerships with our contractors.

Salary $90-100k plus car
This is a full-time position.
