Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

The Copthorne Solway Park is currently recruiting for a full-time Assistant Food and Beverage Manager that will assist the Food and Beverage Department in its day to day operations. 

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruitment and training, driving sales to maximize revenue, bi-weekly stocktakes, setting departmental targets and objectives, rosters, and running the department in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar leadership role.  

We require a strong, flexible and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 

The person will require excellent computer skills and be a fast learner of new programs and systems. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you must be able to reach financial targets, work under pressure, whilst responding to a range of different work situations.
